I became a full member of the Playwrights Guild of Canada today. I don’t really know what this means other than I paid $175.15 and I get this nifty link: Me = Playwright .
Last year I applied for 5 of the Theatre Creator’s Reserve grants so that I may have the luxury of spending 1 real work-day a week writing. No such luck unfortunately. I feel bad for feeling bad about not receiving the money for the creativity. I am starting to believe that some day things will go my way but I’m still stuck energetically in this woe is me frame of mind. I am changing this outlook. Little by little.
