Straight Talk

This blog is only called straight talk because I recently watched that Dolly Parton movie and that song is in my head.  I’m working on my BravoFact application.  The deadline is only a couple weeks away.  I’ve got part of the creative team confirmed.  I’m trying to firm up the rest.  I’ll be able to get everything done in time I’m just making a whole bunch of actual decisions and trying to figure out how stuff will work.  I feel really good about the story.  It’s called Lemons and it is a literal interpretation of when life gives you lemons make lemonade.  It’ll be done as a silent film in black and white with a hint of colour.  There will be a lot of physical comedy involved.  I’m really happy with myself that I’m stepping up and making my films.  It is about time.  I’ve been thinking about it for awhile.
