I’ve been in an ugly negative state of mind. So I’m re-watching “The Secret” to make me feel better. So I can remember how to shift my thoughts and feelings cause the way I’m going is not helpful. I’ve been taking notes. Here they are:
– Focus on the things you want.
– What I want:
- to sing well
- star in a musical
- be a respected, talented member of the creative community
- as a result of my talents receive payment and opportunities to travel
– thoughts cause feelings
– celebrate good feelings
– feelings let you know if you are on course or not
– if feeling bad you are creating a future that is off track
– worry and fear bring more worry and fear
– you get what you feel about
– so important to feel good
- I am so happy and grateful now that…I can sing well with ease in front of an audience
- I am so happy and grateful now that…I perform in a weekly show
- I am so happy and grateful now that…I am paid for my various talents in writing, singing and acting.
- I am so happy and grateful now that…I am starring in a fabulous musical.
- I am so happy and grateful now that…I have finished writing the musical ‘Nobody’s Idol’.
- I am so happy and grateful now that…I exude confidence.
- I am so happy and grateful now that…I have put on a one woman show.
- ask
- believe
- receive
– don’t need to know how you will attract the way
– feel the way you’ll feel when it arrives
– how long will it take? no rules according to the universe
– don’t define yourself by your current state of affairs
Powerful Processes

Wow I do feel better
Powerful Process: Visualize
– dwell upon end result
– the ‘how’ will show up with the commitment to the ‘what’
– create a visionboard
– one day I really want to live on Alexandra Blvd in Toronto – there is a certain yellow house at the end of the street that I like but any house on that street will do
– “Imagination is the preview of life’s coming attractions” – Albert Einstein…I used to love this quote, makes me feel anything is possible
– trust universe to know how to manifest
– set a goal so big that if you achieved it you’d know if was cause of these tools (Broadway baby!)
– actions needed in order to manifest intentions
– focus on abundance and prosperity
– money comes easily and frequently
– happiness comes from the inner vision
– healthy respect for myself
– you are in charge of your joy and bliss
I feel better now. It’s a process gotta work on the belief part and get close to those feelings of having now even when I don’t. 🙂
